In the afternoon of July 25th Gemadept Delegation including B.O.D, Union representatives and those of other departments paid a visit to the City Matyrs Cemetery to celebrate the Woulded soldiers and Matyrs day ( July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2014) with their respectful wreaths and incense.
On every end of July in the consecutive years, the Company organized a delegation to visit the City Matyrs Cemetery volunteerly contributing to the renovations of the cemetery. Hundreds of stone benches in the cemetery and beautiful decorative plants of Gemadept have contributed to the landscape beauty where thousands of heroic matyrs who devoted their lives to the nation freedom and independence were peacefully resting. Respectfully commemorating heroic matyrs by burning incense at the monument and grave in the memorial area, generations of Gemadept management and staffs reflected their emotion and gratefulness to the older generation, acknowledged the value of freedom and independence as well as the citizen responsibility to make Vietnam wealthy, equitable, democratic and civilized.
Beside the business activity and the company culture construction, fostering the patriotism and traditional education of “ Drinking the water – remembering its sources” have been frequent activities being much concerned by the Corporation Management.
