As used to, every year when spring comes together with the busy and hurried life at the year’s end time, Gemadept Corporation spends its time for the social activities to bring up happiness to those who have difficult and unfortunate life.
On Jan 25, 2011 Gemadept Management and Staff organized a charity trip to visit and hand over gifts to the Center of the old and orphanage of Go Vap, Thanh Loc Center of the invalid in Dist 12. When the spring air covered every corner and streets of the city, Gemadept silently brought up spring to social centers of the old, the invalid, the unfortunate. Happiness could be seen on their eyes and smiles appeared not only on their faces but also on those of the visitors. Hence happiness was almost doubled.
In this trip Gemadept company and staffs supported the center 45 million VND including cash and gifts. The gifts were just small but very meaningful to partly share the spiritual and physical difficulty of the unfortunate and also encouraged management and staff of the centers to try every best for the sake of unfortunate ones.
Giving hands to support the flood victims in the central provinces, becoming the main sponsor of “ Understanding the heart” program, co-organizing the spring festival for the open houses and other charity trips have closed the meaningful year of Tiger via human social activities of Gemadept, reflecting the good tradition of helping each other, supporting the unfortunate of the company in particular and of Vietnam in general.
