In this event, Gemadept Dung Quat Port and sponsors also donated a number of projects/gifts to the Tay village's inter-level school: building an awning in front of the school yard to cover the sun, rain and create a safe space for children to play in; 2 flat screen TVs, 2 sets of cabinets + shelves for school supplies, water purifier, gas stove, rice cooker, and some tools to assist students in their learning process. The gifts, moon cakes or lanterns given to the children, though modest in value, are very meaningful, encouraging them to overcome difficulties and study hard. This annual volunteer activity of Gemadept Dung Quat Port demonstrates the company's joint contribution with local communities to help children in need in the province.
