With the implementation of Green Port Standards according to TCCS 02:2022 CHHVN, the Port not only emphasizes its commitment to the vision of sustainable development but also ensures that the Port’s operations remain aligned with environmental protection and community engagement.
Green Port Standards include requirements on environmental management, energy efficiency, emissions reduction and increased labor safety. The Port has demonstrated continuous improvement by establishing a systematic management system aligned with international standards ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety). The Port has also reinforced training, communication, technology application, and infrastructure renovation and upgrading activities to achieve the Standard’s requirements.
Implementing Green Port Standards not only contributes to environmental and social protection, but also plays an important role in enhancing the reputation of both the Port and the Company, thereby contributing to sustainable development and generating exceptional benefits for customers and partners.
Gemadept Dung Quat takes pride in being the pioneer in adopting the Green Port Standards in accordance with TCCS 02:2022 CHHVN, not only within the Company but also across the industry.
