Besides two favourite teams, Gemadept Dung Quat and Quang Ngai Maritime Administration, this season also attracted four new teams that were customers and partners of Gemadept Dung Quat, including: Hao Hung Company, Nguyet Anh Company, Nam Chu Lai Company, An Hai Tugboat Company. There were ten matches to find out the champion team.
In spite of the bad weather, the spectators were attracted by exciting and dramatic matches. There were many beautiful goals scored by players. The final result, Nguyet Anh Company became the winner of this season worthly. Gemadept Dung Quat was the 2nd runner up and the 3rd position belonged to QuangNgai Maritime Administration.

Gemadept Dung Quat Open Football League is an annual activity of the Gemadept Dung Quat International Port. This activity is to promote the sport movement, improve health; spiritual and cultural life of all staff.
