In the bustling atmosphere on last days of the year, everyone are eager to look forward to his arrival. Works are put away, all employees were showed off on time at the hall to focus on the lesson.<\/span><\/p>\n

This time, we are tranning some main points:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Serving customers through identifying the personality of themselves<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Managing the challenge of change <\/span><\/li>\n

    The lesson took place in an enthusiastic atmosphere, employees had great experiences from his sharing. We have already known who we are Gemadept. Gemadept's spacious house was built by the foundation of nine priciples of culture, followed by our core values, vision and mission in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Before so many changes in management and operation, employees were very worried and bewildered due to the fear of change and stepping out of comfort zone. However, we have learned to accept change as a challenge, a great opportunity to discover ourselves and find better things that we do not do in a previous time. We appriciate the person who always gives us inspiration, a new breath of life filled with faith and happiness<\/span><\/p>\n
